Rochefort Triple Extra was brewed 100 years ago. From 1920 it was available in cask format for 3 years before disappearing into the depths of the monastery until its recipe was rediscovered in the brewery's archives a century later. It has been 65 years since Trappistes Rochefort last presented a new beer.
Trappistes Rochefort
[BOTTLE 33 CL]
Belgian beer of Trappist origin, 8.1% alcohol, top fermented with secondary fermentation in the bottle
Rochefort Triple Extra has an almost orange-blonde colour with white, thick, long-lasting foam
Citrus aromas and a very attractive fruity profile that reminds us of apple, hints of yeast and subtle spicy memory of coriander.
Rochefort Triple Extra has an attractive fruity profile
In the mouth it is light, round, somewhat sweet. We confirm the taste aromatic sensations of apple and yeast that evolve into a final soft herbaceous bitterness
