Rokelin is a family company that began its journey in 1975. We are dedicated to producing high-quality hams and cured meats, all made with pork from the Teruel Designation of Origin.
We salt our hams one by one by hand, and we dry them in our natural drying room for a minimum of 18 months.
Our drying process takes place at an altitude of over 900 meters, where we open the windows of our natural drying room every morning and let the cold, dry air of Teruel do its work.
All of our cured meats are made with natural casings and following the traditional recipes of Teruel.
