130 gram ROMESCO SAUCE. Romesco sauce is a traditional Catalan sauce made with the following list of ingredients: fresh tomatoes, nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, sweet and spicy paprika (although it's not spicy at all), garlic, spices, and salt. We also add xanthan gum as a thickener.

We RECOMMEND consuming it as an accompaniment to grilled or barbecued white fish, sautéed vegetables, or grilled vegetables, as is done in Catalonia.

To make this romesco sauce, we use a high percentage of nuts, which gives it a special creaminess and flavor, distinguishing it from other tomato sauces. It does NOT contain GLUTEN.

ALLERGENS: Nuts, and may contain sulfites from the wine vinegar.

Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2 to 5ºC for a maximum of 10 days.
