Cured pure sheep's milk cheese with 12 months of curing, with an intense and aromatic flavour. Made with sheep's milk, completely handmade in a traditional way, reflecting the origin of this cheese made by the shepherds of the region, with a consistent paste, with a tone between ivory and gold, on which appear some small eyes. With an excellent and strong flavour, especially in this exceptional quality specimens.
