Casa Santoña's sardines in olive oil have been selected for their quality, then placed by hand and processed in olive oil. They stand out for their silvery appearance and magnificent presentation. They are shiny and tasty, with a smooth and juicy texture. Their flavour increases with the time, due to the resting and maturation that takes place in their warehouses.
We suggest serving as a tapas dish or in a 'bocadillo' - a sandwich made using crusty bread.
