Spelt AOVE muffins

Delicious muffins made with EVOO and spelt flour. You won't be able to eat just one! They are sold in bags of 400gr (about 15 pieces)

Ingredients: Eggs, sugar, milk, semi-wholemeal spelt flour, salt, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, lemon and orange zest and vanilla.
