A spring honey with an amber color, more or less pronounced depending on the abundance of foraged flowers. It crystallizes slowly and comes from a blend of linden, blackberry, and chestnut honey.
A very fragrant honey.
The Marandou Apiary is located in St Avit de Vialard in the heart of the Dordogne and Périgord (24). Benoît Serre, its creator, is a passionate and fascinating beekeeper who produces 100% natural and artisanal honeys. While the story begins with the desire to save his grandfather's few hives, Benoît now has 140 hives located in 10 different places. The honey is cold-extracted, so not heated, to preserve all its taste and nutritional qualities.
