Elaboration: The wine undergoes aging on total lees in tanks under the sea for a period of 8 months, at a constant pressure of 3 bars and a temperature of 8°C. The immersion takes place in the Bay of San Juan de Luz, in the French Basque Country.

Bodegas Habla (Trujillo, Extremadura) owns 200 hectares of difficult land, slate estate, not very fertile and demanding, but knows how to care for the plant. A land that forces to bring out the best of each vine and gives the grape varieties a strong personality to produce unique wines.
In the middle of these two hundred hectares of land that the Greeks cultivated in ancient times stands the building that houses the winery, one of the most advanced in Spain: its research work covers all areas and processes related to viticulture and oenology.
