How can you use this sugar-free plum jam? For example, as a salad dressing. To do this you only have to mix in a bowl 2 small spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar, a couple of spoonfuls of sugar-free plum jam and as many spoonfuls of oil (or to taste). Mix well and when the sauce is homogeneous, add it to the salad. Add a little bit, mix the salad and if you want a little more, you go serving to taste.
You can do the same, but as a sauce, for white meats or pork. Just take some butter (about 50 grams) and 3 or 4 tablespoons of this unsweetened plum jam, heat over low heat for 5 minutes and you can serve it whenever you want.
