Meet the table grape
The table grape is a seasonal fruit, juicy and sweet that grows in tight bunches. It is a fruit that provides minerals and vitamins to the body and is one of the fruits with more carbohydrates, although its caloric content is not too high. It is laxative, diuretic, cleansing and antioxidant. Depending on the season, it can be white or purple, depending on which is better at any given time
