Tendiplus contains magnesium in bisglycinate form (chelated or bound to glycine) for better absorption and bioavailability. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and nervous system. It contributes to normal energy metabolism and to the maintenance of normal bones. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and to the maintenance of normal bones. Tendiplus is good for muscles as it reduces muscle pain, gives you energy and helps you keep your bones in good condition.

How to use:

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day in the morning, at noon and in the evening. Preferably before main meals.
