We offer a 200g portion per person, made up as follows:
- 150g Fruity Comté
- 50g Emmental
1 serving = 1 person!
Don't forget to change the quantities when you order,
In order to optimize your tasting we advise you to rub your caquelon or pan with a clove of garlic, incorporate the wine little by little to your cheese in order to dose it well and not to have a too liquid consistency and especially do not boil your fondue!"
