Medium cherry red cherry colour with russet rim.
On the nose it presents a good balance between the aromas of ripe black fruits accompanied with the aromas provided by a new and sweet oak (vanilla and coconut).


In the mouth it has good entry, with a polished and silky tannin that gives it a sweet sensation. The acidity is well balanced and has a medium persistent finish that leaves the memory of new wood.


Food pairing: Pulses, red meats and cured cheeses.
