How to use:

Decoction (boil for 3-5 minutes) add a tablespoon of tisane per 200 ml of water, rest, strain and serve. Take 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. Sweeten to taste. Avoid during pregnancy, lactation and children under 12 years old.

Ingredients:

Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus L.), marshmallow (Althaea Officinalis L.), peppermint (Mentha Piperita L.), mallow flower (Malva Sylvastris L.) and lime blossom (Tilia Tomentosa Moench).
