From the ChugokuJozo distillery, this blend light has been aged with American oak wood, and interestingly they have all the butts resting and aging the whiskey in tunnels, rather than a cellar as all other distilleries do. The name of the whiskey comes from the place where the tunnel is located, in the town of Togouchi
