The rosé wine Tombu is made from grapes from old vineyards located in the municipality of Pajares de los Oteros through the ancestral method of "mother". The vineyard is located at 810 meters altitude above sea level. Its type of conduction is the so-called "dredge", consisting of a double tracked cord supported on the ground.
