This Whole Duck Foie Gras from Périgord with Black Truffle was prepared according to my recipe. A whole foie gras, well seasoned and marinated in a mixture of subtle spices. We add real slices of black truffles that deliciously perfume this duck foie gras from the Périgord.

A product of the South West terroir, made from foie gras duck, raised and prepared in the South West, Protected Geographical Indication.

This Foie Gras was prepared according to my own methods, I developed the recipe myself, marinade, seasoning and cooking time

The ducks are raised in the Périgord, Qualisud certification.
