Valerian acts as a sedative agent, relaxing the nervous system and brain. Unlike other tranquilizers, this plant does not exhaust or weaken those who consume it, so it is usually recommended to take it mainly in people who have trouble falling asleep.

How to use:

Decoction (boil for a few moments) 1 tablespoon per cup of water. Let stand a few minutes, strain and take up to 3 times a day. Contraindicated for children under 3 years old. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
