VALERIAN PLUS 60 CAPS

Valerian Plus from Integralia is indicated as a relaxing and calming agent ideal for insomnia, nervousness and anxiety. It is a food supplement based on valerian, lime blossom, orange blossom, hawthorn and chamomile. Valerian balances the nervous system. Hawthorn is a mild hypotensive and cardiotonic. Lime blossom is a sedative and emollient. Chamomile extract is considered mildly sedative, digestive and choleretic.

How to use:

Take 2 to 3 capsules a day with dinner
