Production area: Valpolicella classica north of Verona in the Veneto.
Varieties: 40% corvina, 30% corvinone, 20% rondinella, 10% molinara. Aged for 12 months in steel for 2/3 of the product and 12 months in barrels for the remaining 1/3.
Tasting around 18°. Garde of 5 to 10 years.
Ideal with pasta dishes, white meats or cheeses.
