Our escalopes are made with select veal pieces covered with a small layer of breadcrumbs, ready to fry in the pan. They do not contain any preservatives or additives. Only good quality meat, with a thin layer of breadcrumbs and a touch of garlic and parsley.
We will send you the escalopes in a package of 5 units vacuum-sealed (approximately 700 grams in total), the perfect portion for two people.

Our homemade escalopes are made with fresh and select pieces of veal. They do not contain any preservatives or additives.
Ingredients:
- Tender veal fillets, garlic, parsley, salt, and breadcrumbs.
Escalopes are a very easy dish to cook. As a tip, you can dip them in a couple of beaten eggs before putting them in the pan. Prepare the pan with plenty of oil to cover the escalopes. Once fried, when they are golden brown, it is advisable to place them on a tray with kitchen paper to remove excess grease. A good salad or some french fries will make this dish a delight for both children and adults.
As a recommendation, let them cook a little longer so that the meat is well done on the inside.
We recommend keeping them between 1º and 5ºC (in the refrigerator). Best before: within 5 days (no preservatives). A good idea is to take them out of the fridge 15 minutes before consuming them to allow them to come to room temperature. You can freeze this product without any problem for up to 3 months.
