The salted pork belly is without doubt an ideal complement to our broths, lentils or stir-fries. It offers an unmistakable flavour and a very tasty snack, as the bacon is at the right point of salt to be consumed.
It is a salted product in the traditional way, without any additives.
We send you 350 grams of bacon in each product, sliced, hand-cut and vacuum-packed. In the presentation indicate us the thickness that you like

We send you the vacuum-packed pork belly, in strips of the thickness you indicate. Tell us the desired thickness of the strips.
This is a salted product, cut by hand. It does not contain allergens or any type of seasoning, only pork and salt.
Put the pancetta pieces to desalinate overnight ( about 8 hours ) prior to preparation if you prefer your recipe to be a bit softer.
We recommend keeping it between 12º and 16ºC
Preferred consumption: within 30 days
Tip: keep it in a cool place, like a pantry as long as it keeps its salt. It does not need to be in the fridge as it is a previously salted product
