We send you the pork rib vacuum-packed, in the cut you indicate. For roasts, the best option would be whole. If you want to make ribs in sauce, the best option is to choose the cut option. If you are thinking of buying ribs for barbecue, perhaps the best option is to receive it in strips that you can cut up yourself once cooked.
This is a fresh, hand-cut product. It does not contain allergens or any type of seasoning, only veal.
Try spicing up your lentils or beans with a few bits of rib-eye. It adds a really good flavor!
You can also prepare baked ribs, ribs in sauce, or barbecued ribs.
We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Preferred consumption: within 10 days
Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before to allow the meat to temper. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
If you are not going to eat it, you can freeze it without any problem.
