The croca, the piece that has entered with enormous force in recent years in all Galician and national restaurant menus. It has come to stay. It is a tremendously tender piece, which offers us fillets or medallions ideal to put on the grill or the griddle
The product is vacuum packed. You can choose between several cutting options (medallions, fillets or in one piece). If you want to cook it on the stone, your option would be medallions. If you want to put it on the grill, select fillets, and if you want to put it in the oven, we send it in a whole piece. In each selection we send you 500 grams of product. We will send you 500 grams of product

These are pieces and with very low percentage of fat, with which, the steak is an excellent source of protein and a low contribution of fat, with what they are ideal to try to better maintain your line and a healthy diet.
We give you the option to choose presentation, medallions, steaks or in a piece. If you're going to pass it on the stone or on the grill, feel free to select medallions
This is a fresh, hand-cut product. It does not contain allergens or any type of seasoning, only veal. They are presented vacuum-packed every two pieces
Since there are so many ways to prepare it, it's hard to advise on this. The only premise we can give you is to cook it in one piece, the bigger the better, so that it doesn't lose juiciness
We recommend keeping it between 1º and 5ºC
Preferred consumption: within 10 days
Tip: ideally, take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before to allow the meat to temper. This way, no matter how little you cook it, the central part of the piece will never be cold.
If you are not going to eat it, you can freeze it without any problem.
