Produced by Vega Esla preserves, a family business from Fresno de la Vega in Leon, which generation after generation has been accumulating a great experience in the preservation of peppers and vegetables from their own crops. They only use Fresno vegetables that arrive at the factory freshly harvested, which allows them to fully guarantee their quality. In addition, no preservatives or colorants are added in the preparation of the preserves.
