Viña Pomal Rosé is the first rosé of this historic Rioja brand, which was born with the aim of satisfying the lovers of classic wine, but with an avant-garde touch. It is elaborated with the traditional varieties of the rosé wines of La Rioja, the Garnacha red grape (70%) and the white Viura or Macabeo (30%). Bodegas Bilbainas wants to reflect in this wine the best wine tradition of la Rioja Alta.
Viña Pomal Rosé is a pink quartz. Garnacha gives a substantial fruit load to the range of aromas, which are deployed as the wine is aerated when emptied in the glass. The fruit softens the acidity so necessary to highlight the freshness of these wines.
