We strive to have a wide selection of wines from the various denominations of Spanish geography. Carefully chosen and always valuing the effort and quality in the production process of the producers. This wine comes from vineyards located in the volcanic massif of the Campo de Calatrava at an altitude of 850 meters. For its production, grapes with high acidity and high alcohol content are used and they are placed in tanks to macerate the skins for 12 hours. Subsequently, the must is separated, with a portion fermenting and another part kept at low temperature to preserve the natural sugar of the grape.
