Also known as "the butcher's steak", our organic Wagyu fillets come from the shoulder. Despite their appearance, they are intense in flavour, tender and tasty. We recommend making them with a cut neither too thin nor too thick
The shoulder fillets are characterized by being the juiciest of the veal. They are made up of two pieces and are located at the front, between the shoulder blade and the scapula. They are ideal for grilling, as they have very good infiltration
