Producer: West Cork Distillery (Ireland)
This Irish whiskey from the West Cork Distillery was aged in oloroso sherry casks. It was then matured for nearly 6 months in oak casks burned with local peat from the Glengarriff region.
This single malt perfectly integrates the peat to arrive at a complex whisky marked by aromas of tiger balm, essential oils and spices. There's also a hint of anise and fresh herbs.
This is the first whiskey to be released from the bottle
