White Aguardiente Martín Códax is obtained from grape pomace of albariño grapes. The distillation is carried out through steam distillation at a slow and steady pace, allowing the aromatic components to appear. Ideal for after-dinner, served neat or on the rocks. Awarded as one of the Best Spirits of Spain in 2021 by the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers (AEPEV).
