Arroyo de Arrayán is made from Garnacha gris and Garnacha blanca grown in Finca La Verdosa, a vineyard in the D.O. Méntrida with sandy soils. It is made by stomping whole clusters in small tanks.

Afterwards, it macerates cold for two days, is pressed, and ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. And also to discover a whole new world of sensations.
