This wine belongs to the vineyards and wineries of Barbadillo, simply known as Barbadillo, with a Protected Geographical Indication Wines from the Land of Cadiz.
It is made up of 100% Palomino Fino grape.
According to our accounting books, the designation "White Wine of the Castle" dates back to 1883, however it was not until 1975 that we started bottling it by vintages, making it the first white wine produced in Andalusia. Today it is the reference white wine in Spain.
