WHITE WINE SAN VALENTÍN: It is part of the D.O. Catalunya.
The wine SAN VALENTÍN is made with the best harvest of parellada grapes, the finest of traditional white varieties, characterizing this wine as a product of sublime elegance with hints of ripe banana and quince. During its process, the must fermented at a controlled temperature of 16-17ºC in stainless steel tanks for 15 days before being bottled according to demand.
This wine is characterized by its steely yellow color, with bright gray reflections and its aroma of ripe sun-drenched grapes, with sweet fruity hints and a voluptuous palate.
Fun fact: it was created by Miguel Torres Carbó to give to his wife Margarita Riera on Valentine's Day.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 8ºC.
Alcohol content of SAN VALENTÍN: 11 degrees
