Yllera Rosé 5.5 ismade from Verdejo and Tempranillo varieties.

The grapes were harvested at night to prevent oxidation of the grapes.

With the grapes in the winery, they were gently pressed in a pneumatic lung press to extract a must that would be kept at low temperatures until vinification.

The fermentation is partial, it stops when it reaches 5.5 degrees of alcohol, in this way also trying to preserve the natural acidity and sweetness of the grape.
Yllera Rosé 5.5 is a fresh and light wine to drink at any time of the day.

nose: Intense ripe red and black fruit with some acidic touches. Fine herbal and balsamic notes also appear.
