Geuze fruity beer with juice from a selection of different apples, spontaneous fermentation and 3.5% alcohol
The Lindemans Apple has a light golden color with a white foam of medium persistence
When served we are flooded with intense clean aromas of green apple with hints of citrus.
On the palate it is smooth, sweet without intensifying
The palate is smooth, sweet without intensifying both the apple flavor, balancing positively to an acidic finish typical of lambic. Fresh tasting. light bodied and easy to drink.
It is perfect to combine with cream sauces, aromatic and spicy cheeses, salads or foie gras on toasted bread
