The Iberian Acorn Shoulder 50% Iberian Breed has the characteristic of having very juicy meat, a tender texture, and a very special flavor between sweet and salty that evokes the scents of the Salamancan pastures.
Coming from Iberian pigs raised freely in our pastures, fed with completely natural products, and with a 24-month curing process, our shoulder is rich in fatty acids, necessary and beneficial for our health, and one of the essential products of the Mediterranean diet.

STORAGE AND EXPIRATION:
Place it in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight.
The durability of the quality of our products is approximately 6 months following the storage advice. In very humid areas, this is reduced to 30 days.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
To ensure that your shoulder retains its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, you take it out of the cotton cover we send it in and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.
Save the first cut to use as a cover and prevent it from drying out.
