Sabores Sierra de Madrid was born as a family business in Colmenar Viejo, our hometown, where its nature, its fauna and its livestock have a great influence on our daily lives.
We maintain the artisanal elaboration with which we made our sausages, for several decades, before deciding to commercialize them.
Our meats come from animals that are controlled in their diet, breeding, as well as in their sanitary state, thanks to this, we achieve that our products contain a low fat content, a lot of protein and a low energy value. The consumption of this type of sausage is highly recommended and healthy !!
In Sabores Sierra de Madrid , our chorizos and our Iberian pork loin are 100% natural, they do not contain any preservative, in all the varieties that we have: game (wild boar and deer), Iberian pork or beef.
What really differentiates us from other sausages is that our products are made with the noble pieces of the animals, mainly the leg / hip, which we carefully select, as well as natural casings and Pimentón de la Vera, obtaining from this products with a traditional flavor, reminiscent of the sausages that were made in the past in the villages.
