100% Iberian chorizo is one of the most representative flavors of the tradition of our gastronomy. Its natural elaboration begins in the workshop, where the meats and lean meats of the highest quality of 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs are selected and prepared to ensure the optimal qualities of a gourmet product. During its curing, the skill of a master butcher, well-versed in the secrets of traditional gastronomy, will reveal the necessary conditions to enhance the essence of unique organoleptic characteristics.
The 100% Iberian acorn-fed chorizo from Señorío de Montanera stands out for a marbled appearance, with a predominance of lean meat, and colors that range from the most intense reds to a vivid purple, with light shades of magenta; characteristic of the noble pieces used during its preparation. Its aroma is warm and enveloping, and in its marked flavor, the nuances of paprika and garlic stand out, flavors characteristic of traditional slaughters in Extremadura. Its texture shows exquisite juiciness, thanks to the natural intramuscular fat of pure Iberian products, which provide exceptional palatability.
It is vacuum packed and comes in a gift box.
