This tuna is caught piece by piece, with hook, in deep-sea and deep-sea fishing grounds, it is frozen on board at a temperature of between -35º and -40º immediately after being caught. It is then processed in a completely artisanal way, without adding any additives or preservatives, but only olive oil and salt. It has a high concentration of Omega 3 fatty acids, among other beneficial components for health. It has a very pleasant texture and a very mild flavor thanks to the EVOO
