This 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Salchichón from D.O. Jabugo comes from the mamellada-lampiña breed, 100% Iberian, which is raised freely in the Sevillian pasture. It has a minimum curing time of 4 months. It is vacuum packed. One of the jewels of Spanish Iberian products. Cured raw sausage, made with lean and fat from Iberian pork, seasoned and stuffed in casing that has undergone an appropriate curing process.

100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed

A unique breed almost extinct selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham for its ability to convert acorns and fat infiltration.
