RECOMMENDATIONS:
In order to preserve the characteristics of your Ham for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at your home, you take it out of the cotton cover we send it in and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.
Save the first slice to use as a cover and prevent it from drying out.
