Tasting Note
Visual phase: Clean and bright. Cherry red with violet edges, medium layer. Olfactory phase: Intense aroma, with a predominance of fruit, notes of red fruits and violets well integrated with the notes of the two types of oak. Gustatory phase: Friendly entry, good balance, medium body, fresh and persistent.
Vintage Characteristics
Year with abundant rainfall, 691 liters. A cooler than usual September and a couple of days of rainfall in August allowed for a very slow ripening of the clusters, maintaining good acidity in the grapes. Harvest from September 26th to 29th.
