Abadía de Aribayos is made up of two oenologists, Bernardo and Adela, who want to make new and different brews , both in the exciting world of beers and in the magical and inexhaustible field of the wines.
Bernardo, for his part, has been forged in the winery of his father, the tireless Manolo Fariña, who put the Toro appellation of origin on the map.
Of those parts they still have the taste for the necessary renovation: mitigate the powerful imprint of the mature Toro ink through the slight advance of the harvest and a slight passage through oak for only five months, together with a strict selection of grapes from vines with 50 years old.
This is how you get a slender wine, full of wild fruit, with floral nuances, and the balsamic freshness of mountain herbs
