One of the gems of Spanish Ibérico products, This 100% Ibérico Acorn-fed Chorizo from D.O. Extremadura, which is raised freely in the Extremadura pasture. It has a minimum cure of 3 months. It is vacuum packed. Cured raw sausage, seasoned and stuffed in artificial casing that has undergone an appropriate curing process.
