Ibores Goat Cheese is made with raw goat milk, animal rennet, and salt. It is a completely artisan cheese. Its aging time is at least 6 months. It has a smooth, semi-hard dark yellow rind. The ivory white paste has a soft, buttery, and moist texture. Its flavor is moderately spicy and very pleasant to the palate.
