It's hard to find a lactose-free cheese that is real cheese, but not impossible.
Our lactose-free cheese is made with raw sheep's milk, and aged between 4 and 6 months in a cellar at controlled temperature and humidity. It is a lactose-free cheese (NO LACTASE!!), but it retains all the flavor of a traditional sheep cheese without any additives.
Pressed paste with an intense flavor of raw sheep's milk, creamy consistency, and a velvety pleasant taste in the mouth. The final product is chosen based on both physical and organoleptic criteria.
The best option to continue experiencing the authentic taste of raw sheep's milk cheese, now lactose-free (no lactase).
TASTING: Consume at room temperature, take out an hour before serving. We recommend cutting it into wedges to appreciate its flavor.
Aging: 4-6 Months
Milk from sheep, natural rennet, lactic ferments and salt. Natural rind. Milk origin: Spain. Store in a cool place.
