Turkey including its skin, which is where we wrap it for cooking. Natural truffle from the north of Spain. Pork meat and Serrano ham from Trevélez by Antonio Álvarez, 100% naturally dried. The wine is from Jerez: Solera 1847 from Gonzalez Byass. And the bread we use is gluten free so that celiacs can enjoy it as well.

While you decide when to taste it, keep it in the refrigerator between 0ºC and 4ºC and consume it before the expiration date. To preserve it better, when you have opened it, wrap it tightly in cling film with minimum contact with air so that it does not oxidize. Consume it within that week.
We put it pretty on a tray or plate.
The tray with the sliced turkey you can decorate with egg yarn. That's the typical presentation but you can invent another one
Spun egg is the best option. Egg yolk introduced in a pot of hot syrup by pouring it in strands and taking them out when they are set. Combined with truffled turkey: Spectacular. Spectacular
