Fresh pasteurized vacuum packs with about 3 slices. And a packet of brandy onion sauce.
3 slices 150g + 50g sauce
Pork meat marinated in Soberano brandy from Bodegas González-Byass and then with a thin knife cuts are made lengthwise to fill them with a garlic and parsley paste and strips of 100% natural dry-cured Serrano ham from Trevélez by Antonio Álvarez.
While you decide when to savor it, keep it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume it before the expiration date.
It is cooked and can be eaten cold so it is great to take it on an outing, open it up and put it in a sandwich. But if you want to take it in a spectacular way, we would do it like this: take it out of the fridge 1/2 hour before eating so it can warm up to room temperature; open it before eating and put it in a nice plate. Heat the sauce in the microwave and pour it over the meat just before eating. If you prefer to eat the meat warmer, put it in the microwave unopened, heat it but do not overheat it, just a little. If you heat it too much it will dry out.
Slice the meat on a nice plate or platter. Pour the sauce over hot.

Potatoes, roasted vegetables, rice, in sandwiches... endless possibilities.
