Filetes de Ternera de babilla pintados con un majado de ajo y perejil y liados en tiras de jamón serrano de Trevélez de Antonio Álvarez, 100% naturally dried. For the sauce we use sweet onion, roasted peppers cooked in Soberano brandy from Bodegas González-Byass.

How to preserve it?

While you decide when to taste it, keep it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume before the expiration date.

How to prepare it

It's cooked but since it's really good it's hot. You can heat it in the microwave, stirring it so that the heat enters better and neither the meat nor the sauce dries out too much

How to present it?

Warm with its sauce on top and maybe you can decorate it with some parsley leaf.

What to serve with it

The sauce already has it but the mashed potato is a fantastic garnish.
