How do we ship it
?
Fresh pasteurized vacuum packs of half ribs, about 6 ribs. The ribs are already cut one by one to make it easier to take them. The package already contains the honey and lemon juice.

Main ingredients
Pork ribs roasted overnight at low temperature to melt in your mouth, in lemon from our orchards, garlic, thyme and rosemary honey from the sierra.
How to preserve it?
While you decide when to taste it, keep it in the refrigerator between 0°C and 4°C and consume it before the expiration date.
How to prepare it
They are cooked and could be eaten as is but to make them spectacular, it is recommended to heat them in a pan until the honey caramelizes. About 5 minutes over medium heat.
How to present it
?
We advise you to simply present them, straight from the pan to a nice platter.
How to accompany it
?
A good side dish could be some potatoes "a lo pobre", "alcuzcuz" with vegetables .. something that does not have too much flavor to really enjoy the flavor of the ribs
